Directed by Buck McDaniel, the Seminary’s Artist-in-Residence, the program features the U.S. premiere of Nico Muhly’s Malmesbury Motets, a work inspired by the transition from darkness to light. Muhly’s compositions blend of ancient liturgical influences and contemporary minimalist styles.
